Terrible experience! I went to return a pair of shoes for which the rubber on the heel had fell off after wearing them once. They didn’t have anymore at the Mirabel outlets, not online, there was one pair left in my size and it was a Rosemère.. the person told me he wasn’t customer service and that I would need to contact head office for approval for an exchange.. I explained that they had one size left and by the time all that happened they probably wouldn’t have the pair anymore. He literally told me so but the other pair but I’m not exchanging or refunding you. I agree- he certainly isn’t customer service as this was the worst service I’ve gotten. I have been loyal Aldo purchaser until now. I will be returning these shoes and never buying from Aldo again!

Great place for high fashion and classic accessories and shoes, but most most importantly they are sold at a reasonable price.
New manager Vero seems really enthusiastic and energetic. She made us feel very welcome.
