All the sellers are very friendly and helpful. I needed to replace my old Crocs flats and went to the Crocs store in downtown Montreal but they didn't have any model in my size woman's 5, so I called this place and they told me they have size 5. The store is nice with a great selection in styles and sizes they even have size 4 in a lot of women's models. Overall good shopping atmosphere and customer service.

I like going to this store: lots of choice and staff who work hard. But I find it terrible to see not enough trying to serve, often times, too many people at the same time. And customers get upset at the lack of service THEY are getting?!?! REALLY?????? In my opinion, koodo's to the sales people! To their management: be smart and plan to have more staff working at the same time.

Avoid this store!! Terrible selection of styles and sizes and ZERO customer service!!! I tried to exchange a pair of flipflops I purchased in their store for another size, they did not have my size in stock. I asked if they could order my size and they told me they could not, but I could displace myself to their store in Mascouche for the new size. I then asked for a refund seeing as they didn't have my size and they wouldn't order the new size for me. THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. I was not advised at time of purchase that there is not refund offered at this store and this information was not posted anywhere in the store. This store also does not honor any sales that are advertised on the Crocs website. I left my name and phone number for the manager to call me and have yet to be called. This was 3 days ago.

Crocs refused to accept my wife's request to have 2 pairs of sandals returned within the 30 day period in March. They asked her to return when the manager was in. Today, I returned to complete it and the manager told me it was impossible that she came in and asked for a return. She insisted that it was impossible and that her employees were empowered to handle returns. Today was one of the rare times in my life that I was treated like a liar. To Crocs: When a customer takes the time to come in within the return policy window, then they have done their due diligence. Being treated the way we were is unacceptable in today's day and age. Doesnt give you same prices than online. They say they do but they charge delivery fee to make the bill go up. So really its not a honest way of doing business.
