We stayed at the hotel Le Dauphin and the Globe-Trotter restaurant is the restaurant hotel. The menu is elaborate , the personnel is friendly and it is within budget. My sister took the shrimp dish and I took the papardelle with braised pull beef. It was really good. I highly recommended this place.
The dinner menu is not extensive and the fixed course offerings are different than what is written. But the food is very good. The dishes are not haute cuisine, but they are thoughtful variations on things you have had before. The wine list is more than decent, but not extensive. Also had breakfast here that was excellent.
We had a very quick and good breakfast, and the server tolerated my horrible french. Very good experience
Add to this the smile of everyone on staff and you will enjoy your dinner. We had a very good césar salad and a wonderful pappardelle with braised beef and fresh arugula. I have eaten at this restaurant often over the years, but I am convinced there was a change in the kitchen and clearly it is paying off.
Great service. Wonderful ambience. Ate here four times during my stay in Drummondville.
Repas sans gluten bien identifier sur le menu, friteuse dédié, équipe former par rapport à la maladie coeliaque! Juste wow!! Repas délicieux, même si le tartare pourrait être un peu plus relevé :
Très bon souper! Excellente service et prix abordables/raisonnables pour la qualité du service et de la nourritue. Plusieurs options sans gluten. J'y retournerais n'importe quand!
