Beautiful facilities for visitation and a funeral service. Our funeral director, Joseph, was incredibly professional and accommodated every single one of our requests. All the door greeters were pleasant and friendly and easily approachable for conversation. Made a very difficult time easy for us. Thank you.

What i can say is that I am not surprised by this at all Glendale is a disorganized establishment with workers having No idea of what kind of business they are in. My aunt passed away a year ago and just recently they put up her plaque. To our surprise what was on the plaque was not what my father had wanted and when asking the funeral director about it we were blown off and told that somebody else in the family barely of any relation went into the office and told them to change what was on the plaque. When my father asked why they would have changed what was on the contract they basically told him that this person who went in and changed said that my father would be ok with it. No contact no verification. It is a signed legal contract and they just changed it and basically told my father that if he wanted it changed again that we would have to pay a ridiculous amount to do so. Something needs to be done about this place. Again I'm so sorry about what happened with your grandparents it's actually so disgusting how they have blown this aside like it's nothing.

I lost my uncle last Month and things got a little complicated during the funeral process but thankfully we met with Jordan and what a wonderful man he was. He did everything he could to make sure my uncles funeral went smoothly. He was in contact with me at every point and thanks to him my uncle is at peace. He was very respectful and very sincere and when my uncle got cremated the urn was beautiful and I got a keepsake necklace that was beautiful as well. I can't thank Jordan and the staff at Glendale enough for helping my family through this difficult time.
