Our family recently entrusted the care of our mother to the funeral home, and we are incredibly grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and support we received from Lisa, Marco, John, Peter, and Jordan.nnDuring one of the most difficult and vulnerable times in our lives, Lisa, Marco, and John guided us through every step with kindness, patience, and expertise. They paid attention to every detail and handled so many things we didn't even realize needed to be done after our mother's passing. Their support allowed us to focus on our family and grieving, rather than worrying about logistics and countless small details.nnThey struck the perfect balance between professionalism, thoughtfulness, and warmth. Their gentle humor and light-hearted moments helped ease the stress when we needed it most, while always treating our mother with the utmost dignity, respect, and care.nnWe would also like to recognize Peter and Jordan from the grounds crew. One week after my mother's burial, our family returned to visit her gravesite and found ourselves confused about its location, as it was not yet marked. Peter and Jordan went out of their way to help us, personally locating her site and walking us there. Their kindness, patience, and understanding during such an emotional moment meant more to us than they probably realize.nnOur family felt genuinely cared for from beginning to end. We will always be thankful for the kindness shown to us and for the dignity and respect with which our mother was treated. Thank you for helping us through such a difficult time and for continuing to support us even after the services had concluded.

I had the pleasure of working with John at Glendale. Grief is really hard and having to deal with end of life arrangements is really tough and emotional. John made the experience easier with his consistent compassion, kindness and support! He is so responsive anytime you reach out. He treats everything with care and a big heart. I was concerned the plaque for my late husband would not arrive for his internment, but he was on top of it. He made sure it arrived in time and was installed with no follow up needed. He’s always available and so kind and supportive whenever you need it. If you are looking for someone in your corner when dealing with one of the hardest times of your life, please make sure you ask for John! Thank you, John, for all you do!

My Father was laid to rest on February 13, 2026.nGeeta, Rose, Vera and Anna were amazing. They were a great comfort to me and my family. They were compassionate, empathetic and facilitated with ease and professionalism a very difficult time for my family.nThey were just lovely and my father's arrangement/ceremony was memorable and exactly what my father deserved, what we needed and expected without knowing what we wanted or expected. Staff is amazing. Very courteous, attentive and caring to clients every step of the way. Helped make the whole funeral experience more bearable. The facilities are modern, spacious and very well appointed. Subtle, subdued elegance in all aspects from Visitation rooms, Chapel and reception hall. Very highly recommended as several of my family members have used Glendale and have been very satisficed with their care and service.
