Kathy ann the funeral director and her staff were extremely professionals and friendly. They were accommodating and patient during a difficult time. The viewing and Funeral service were everything and more that was promised. I have nothing but praise. I was extremely happy with the services provided.

By far the worst service I have experienced in a very long time. Kathy-ann Charles (funeral home) and Linda (Cemetery) lack sensitivity, compassion and only give the impression that they want to make a buck and you or nothing else matters beyond that. Both treated myself and my family with disrespect through the entire process. Added on fees, where they had already been paid for, in addition to adding on items that were never requested. Three weeks later and we still cannot get an accurate receipt and bill of services rendered from them. There was confusion and disorganization from the start, especially from the cemetery. Not to mention that they sent two men to my elderly grandparents house months before and harassed them about collection additional money even though everything was paid in full 6 years prior. The cemetery refused to take responsibility for any of their actions. They take advantage of the elderly and the grieving all for their bottom line. I would not recommend this Funeral Home and Cemetery to my worst enemy. You and your loved ones deserve much more.

Absolutely horrible service. We were addressed on multiple occasions as though we were in staff's way and spoken down to several times. Gillian has to be the worst funeral director I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She was rude and condescending and totally insensitive. Would never recommend this place. This staff could use some sensitivity training as a whole. This is a profession that takes a special kind of person, and this staff (or those I came into contact with) have unfortunately landed in the wrong line of work.
