Very poor service. I had wanted to pay for the foundation to have it done after waiting for almost 10months. I called in to make a payment and was told that the lady was away and to call back. Then when I finally spoke to the person she informed me that she will email me the invoice and I can pay online. I waited a week and still no email. When I call in I was told by the receptionist that the person is off and I have to wait to call the next day.

Avoid this establishment at all costs. Samantha, the funeral “director” is rude, condescending, insensitive and heartless. Wish I could give zero stars.

Section 30 is such mess, they are churning the soil, making it hard to go to our plots. Also, I found out stone markers or crosses are not allowed where they buried my mom. They explained it wasn't the original plan to bury people there. For this reason our loved ones have the worst allocation. You treat our family like they are of no value and bury them where the soil is turned over and over again, our flowers get destroyed. I can't even bring people because I feel she is not getting the proper respect. I wish I had money, I would move her body somewhere else.

Manager Karen Ford is absolutely horrid. She was very rude, she has no compassion, no heart. Everything off the graves was taken off and thrown away without notice. I’m so disappointed and disgusted. Take your loved one somewhere else for their final resting place because you’ll find no peace here.

The care and attention to detail from both Philip and Grazyna were excellent and so appreciated. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for your kindness to our family.

Just disappointed with the management. I wish I could give this place 0 stars it doesn’t even deserve a star. Highly disappointed with Karen Ford and how she handled grieving families. We get people come with concerns and may sometimes talk over you but that’s how people are when they lose people. Miss Karen at least try to sympathize with people during these times and don’t be like “LET ME FINISH LET ME FINISH” we know that you were trying to pass some points but when a grieving family asks why do we need to sod the graves, you could at least have a nicer tone and kindly explain what are Bylaws. If it was up to me Karen might need some retraining when it comes to her job because this and her whole behavior is “unwarranted”

I am very disappointed and disgusted by people who work here. You would think someone who works in cemetery would have a kind heart but instead I was met with no compassion, only disrespect. I buried my husband here and everything from his grave was thrown away without notice. Upon calling the manager to complain, she was very rude and had no understanding. I was told to bury him somewhere else. Very disappointed...

This was my first time at this funeral home. Very clean and pleasant environment. I would like to recognize Renata, I met her at the front door of the funeral home. She was in charge of verifying the Covid vaccine passport at the door. She kindly asked me for the proof of covid-19 passport. I was with a friend of mine who was having some difficulties finding her vaccine passport. Renata asked us politely to step aside, until my friend found her vaccine passport on her cell phone, while she checked other guests that were coming in. She was very diligent and followed all safety protocols which made feel secure, It was a very very busy night for her, I could see many people going in and out the door, but she had everything under control. She was very kind and patience with everyone. She was very professional, gentle and caring during a very stressful time in our lives. As we were leaving, Renata took a moment to asked my friend how she was doing, she showed personal interest on my friend. This was very kind of her because my friend is elderly. Thank you Renata for being so gracious, understanding, and sympathetic not only to us but with other people.

My father has been buried there for almost 2 years already and every single damn time we put items to make our plot beautiful it gets destroyed & my items THAT I PAY SO MUCH MONEY FOR gets thrown out instead of giving it back to me. This cemetery avoids the issues and when they are suppose to call me to fix the issue they dont. This is the worst cemetery i have ever been too. If i had the money id take my dad out of there my poor dad doesn’t deserve to be treated like this just because it was paid for by the government. Section 30 is such a mess. Everywhere is dug up and terrible looking. Grass needs to be put down there and stop digging the areas. Been going there for a year and a half now and i have not yet to see a nice area around my dads plot. Only dirt and dug up graves.
