I consistently eat and drink here. Glass has a rustic, calm and cozy interior. The deck outside has a nice view over looking a waterfall. Many craft beers to choose from and a decent wine list. The food is good although very expensive for what you get and some of the simpler things on the menu that should be house made are not. It's a great place to bring a date for a nice quite evening.

Ate here as part of the "Fire and Ice" package offered by both the Settlers Inn and Ledges. We (My boyfriend and I) were given a generous voucher for dining and drinks. We ordered tapas style and had a little bit brought out at a time. I wouldn't say there was a wrong way to order but we probably could've been more logical in our food pairings. From the snacks and bites menu we chose the Chorizo Gouda Dip. My boyfriend always says "Never doubt anything with cheese in it" and he was right. It was very well prepared and had just the right amount of everything to not have it be too cheesy, too meaty or too spicy. Our waitress was also very accommodating and allowed us to switch out the traditional tortilla chips that come with it for bread instead (we highly recommend it for a much more filling meal). From the chefs plates we ordered the Ricotta Gnudi. The broth was very flavorful as was the entire dish the ricotta was also "just right". There wasn't too much done to it and when you mixed the broth with the Swiss chard and ricotta, it paired very well. From the cheese and charcuterie section we ordered the "Three Sisters" cheese and the duck salami. Now, I've had duck in several different ways at many places and don't like any of them, the salami included... my boyfriend seemed to enjoy it though. I really enjoyed the cheese as well. It was a blend of goat, sheep and one other cheese which I can't remember but paired with all the other offerings on the plate it went well with most. From the butchers block we ordered the hanger steak which was good as expected. Cooked medium rare but still had a taste to it that I still find appealing (my boyfriend likes his steak barely cooked but we both found it enjoyable). I am having a thing for pickled onions at the moment so I was very happy to pair it with the steak as opposed to sautéed or steamed. From the side plates we ordered the Panade and the Louisiana Style Rice. Both were okay but not great. I definitely enjoyed the Panade more though. I saw cheddar cheese and got nervous because usually people put too much rather than too little but the chefs at Glass did not. I was hesitant to get the Louisiana rice because I mean we are in the middle of nowhere Pennsylvania and to assume that the rice is actually going to be Louisiana style was a stretch. It wasn't. It was just very tomato-ey tasting white rice. Overall I would definitely return to Glass. Service was great, the view was exactly as demonstrated in the photos. Ambiance was fantastic. We didn't get drinks but they do have an extensive selection of beers, wines, and spirits (all are local/domestic) too! I am excited to plan my next trip to Hawley,PA and return to try everything else we didn't get the first time.

The place is fancy and it has amazing views of waterfalls and nature. The food was good, but way overpriced. The amount of food they serve is tiny. The lamb chops were the size of my index finger, and they were undercooked. Nice place for a fancy date but expect to eat mc Donald's afterwards

Amazing service 6/5 stars. Seriously our waiter made homemade lemonade for one of our party! Everyone cleared their plates. The shrimp tacos were phenomenal!! Pear martini to match. The duck was delectable "super good". Special order of heavy bacon over the mac and cheese pleased everyone. The view over the falls made the night. We all fell in love.

Very nice setting with gorgeous waterfalls and a lovely deck, but definitely plan on this being an "upscale night out" with upscale prices. Good food, tiny portion sizes, huge dollar signs. Great place for a special occasion but too pricey for regular visits.
