I have been visiting this place regularly for over 10 years. The quality is unmatched--even by expensive fancy salons. I stepped out on Moon once when I first started going there and instantly regretted it. It took Moon two or three visits to restore my nails to the state of perfection that she kerps them in. Exceptional work and exceptional service.

I recently moved to the Dundas-Roncesvalles area and have been trying for months to find a decent, fairly priced nail salon. I had previously visited 3 other salons in the area for a set of acrylics and had been underwhelmed across the board by the quality of work I had received. Today, I decided to give Glamour Nails a try -- and I am certainly glad that I did! I was seen by the owner I believe, Moon and I received the best, most natural looking set of false nails I've ever had! Every other place I had been to had made my nails look so unnaturally thick, but the set that Moon gave me both look and feel like they could totally be my own. Also, I am admittedly very picky when it comes to shape. I usually alternate between coffin nails and almond shape nails. Most places I've been to have really struggled to give me that clean shape that I love, while Moon gave me the flawless coffin shaped nails I've spent months trying to achieve with other salons. I honestly cannot sing the praises of this salon enough. It's not much to look at from the outside, but the caliber of work they do inside is impeccable, and their pricing is in line with what other salons in the are charge for the same service. I will definitely be coming back!

Got my nails done and booked an appointment for two weeks later. Showed up 10 mins early for my second appointment she claimed I did not have one. I pointed to the calendar where my name was written she showed me a text with someone else about an appointment. She did not offer another time nothing. Just said one. Worst customer service ever.

Passed by yesterday for a uv gel refill. No one was in the salon except for one employee. I asked for a refill and she looks at my hands and tells me that I have bio gel on my nails, not uv. She then says she doesn't have any bio gel and can't do the refill. For the record, my nails were done with uv gel so no idea what this woman was talking about. I just left and went to a different salon. Don't know if the woman just didn't want to work or if she's an idiot. Either way, not going back to this place.

Shady place and terrible service. Manicurist kept telling me that CND shellac products weren’t good and wouldn’t last a week, kept trying to talk me out of it and into OPI for some reason. Meanwhile a third of their rack is CND and the UV machines are from CND too. The manicure held up fine but manicurist didn’t cover the full nail so after 2 weeks it looks terrible and grown out. Usually it takes 3-3.5 weeks until I need to re-do them. Also, they only take cash.
