LOVE the Roncy location! Very clean as you expect with a ten spot and polite staff. The esthetican Amanda who performed my waxing service was professional and did a great job! I’ll be back, and have added an additional service to experience here. Thanks ladies, I left feeling like a TEN!
Great wax service most of the time. Staff are very friendly. I also loved getting a pedicure here because they put extra care into making sure it feels good and looks good. The monthly membership makes it worthwhile. Definitely going to keep my membership going!Services: Pedicure
Went today for my first ever wax and booked Melissa based on all the positive reviews I found here. She was actually amazing and somehow even exceeded my expectations! So fast, so easy, waaaaaaay less painful that I imagined. Melissa also made me feel so comfortable considering what I was sure would be a naturally awkward experience. She was so cool and kind and made the wax the most normal thing in the world. I will 100% go back to her and probably tell all my friends to too!Service: Waxing
I went to this place because it was in the neighbourhood of where I work. I booked an appointment online prior for polish change and colour removal. When I got there, there was an issue because I wanted shellac, which I did not know I have to specify for booking an appointment. It is a pretty standard and simple request and I have never had an issue at other salons. I was then told that there was no time for a shellac polish, they only had time for regular polish which did not make sense to me. Then upon looking at my nails she said "oh you're wearing shellac I don't know if we will have time to do your nails because it takes longer to remove". Again, it is pretty standard and quick procedure for salons so I do know why this was a big deal. Anyways, I had to wait longer for the appointment fine . Online it said the charge would be $22 for the polish change and removal. When I got to the cash i was charged $50. When I asked the person at cash she said it was because the removal was shellac. Anyways, not a good experience, completely over priced for a 30 minute job and the finished product is nothing to write home about. Needless to say, I won't be going back.Service: Manicure
Staff is friendly though I don’t always get the best manicure or pedicure of my life. Specifically mail shaping on a manicure and how long the polish will last is such a hit or a miss even with shellac, which I suspect is because they soak your nails here. With pedicures I always feel like I could have scrubbed my feet better at home. Place is clean and friendly staff. Very hard to get an appointment though so would prefer to go elsewhere.
First time going to the 10 Spot, and I got a pedicure. All the staff were so lovely. The esthitician, Montana, who did my nails, did a wonderful job. Very communicative and thorough. Will definitely be going back.
My manicure was good and the staff were friendly. In my experience this is a place to go if you want to be in-and-out. Not a lot of chatting. The ambiance was not as nice as other places I've been but it was clean and modern.
Had another great experience here. Professional, friendly and excellent service. The salon is super clean and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Definitely recommend this location!
Amazing place, amazing staff! Everyone is so friendly yet professional. This is my go to place for beauty upgrades. It is so convenient right in my own hood!
Esthetician was ready for me as I arrived at my appointment time, was friendly and did a great job. I got a brow and lash tint and am very happy with the results.
