They don’t pick up their phone as a UPS centre which is a huge inconvenience; when I show up as UPS tracking number says the package was in store, the business owner says they haven’t received the package and gave excuses that drivers are lazy and sometimes do not deliver to their store. I don’t know what that says about UPS as well as this store’s function as UPS delivery point but I definitely know I wouldn’t want to receive package here again

Why even have a store if you are going to refuse to even speak to your customers? The owner is unhinged. She yelled at us. Felt like an episode of some trashy reality TV show

Why even be a UPS pick up location with no working phone number? If I had realized before hand I would have made sure I didn't have to deal with these people

Considering this is also a UPS pick up location; You would think they would have the business phone number posted & available online so customers can call.

Used to get smokes as a kid. Awesome shop.
