Excellent service from start to completed installation. Sally and Steve advised us about choice of stove, hearth, etc then went on to manage the installation to the timescale we wanted. The quality of the work is very high. We are really pleased with our lovely new log burner. Many thanks to everyone at Stove Solutions.
Absolutely top notch service, can't recommend enough. Fabulous service, excellent products and amazing aftersales service.
You have to still make an appointment if you want to visit the shop. Once in there the staff offer good advice and take time to go through things with you. The follow up survey was just as good.
All the staff at Stove Solutions were helpful, friendly and polite. The work carried out was done to a very high standard and no mess was left on leaving our home. We've now got a super cosy dual fuel stove burner that is a delight to use and keeps us warm and toasty. Thank you Steve and the team.
