Gigi Salon & Spa

Seriously the worst mani/pedi I have ever received. I have been getting my nails done every other week for the last 10 years so I have had my share of good and bad. This was by far the WORST ever. The nail tech actually looked afraid of the nail file. She barely touched my toenail...needless to say, they are way longer than they should be. She didn't soften cuticles at all and just used a metal cuticle pusher to push them. Not only was it painful, but then she didn't even cut or clean them up at all. The polish job was awful as well. Such a waste of money. I should have known when the nail tech said they were the step child location! No kidding. And what's worse, I emailed over a week ago and no response at all!

Always have a great experience here! Annmarie is amazing. She always knows what I want when I come in! They treat everyone like family!

Gigi Aveda is awesome! I don't understand the negative comments! Not only are they great stylists and estheticians, but they're polite, caring, attentive, and fun. Amaree, my stylist, is amazing. She's works wonders with my hair - she's cut it pixie short (cute!) and helped me grow it out without losing a style. And she's a great colorist, always taking time to listen and collaborate. The frontdesk ladies welcome everyone with a smile. I've been a fan of Aveda salons for years, and was so lucky to have found Gigi!

I have been going to GiGi's for 4 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The desk staff are friendly and helpful and the stylists, everyone of them, are very talented. I love Gigi Salon and Spa. I've been going there for years. My wife and 4 kids are also regulars. Johny is the current owner and has always resolved any minor issues. Amarie is my current stylist and has been doing a fabulous job. I highly recommend.
