This exercise works for me because there's no class schedule (rounds start every 3 minutes), the rounds change daily and even if it's really tough I can push through for three minutes, and the trainers are with you every single round. This is for ALL fitness levels-you can go at your own pace. It is not an intimidating atmosphere at all. Everyone is concentrating on giving their three minute round their best and not on what the other members are doing-no judgement just encouragement. I hope everyone tries it. I'm so glad I did.

so regret signing up here, crowded space and . Fractured my toe during second visit - they said sorry you're under contract. so now Im paying $50 a month for a year for 2 visits.

I'm a mom and this works for me because I can go whenever I have an available babysitter! I love the convenience of popping whenever I want! Also very good work out! I leave sore everytime! I like knowing when something is working! The trainers are all very educated and help push you to your max! Just what I needed! I have trouble coming up with my own workout in the gym and I like that they have it all mapped out for you and it's different everyday!

I've been a member for over a year now and absolutely love this place! Great workout in 30 minutes. No class time, just show up. The workouts are different every day and rarely repeated. Everyone goes their own pace. Push yourself as hard as you want and/or ask the trainer to help you with modifications. The trainers always make it fun and push those of us who like to be pushed. Don't worry if you'e never punched a bag, I hadn't either. They teach you everything. Give it a try. You won't be sorry!

Just started this week... great atmosphere and awesome staff. I believe that I can fit 30 minutes a few times a week into my schedule. Different routines keep it interesting. I thought I would be REALLY sore, but I actually feel better than I have in a long time. I look forward to coming back!
