Gershon's Deli & Caterers

My son and I had sandwiches from Gershon's in Schenectady today. Pastrami on Rye, no mustard for him, and I had the turkey chopped liver combination w/coleslaw and russian dressing

I ordered from here a week or two ago. I ordered a medium or a cheeseburger and I got a well-done burger with no cheese. Come on guys, care enough to get a simple order right if we’re paying money and paying extra inflated cost for those DoorDash/GrubHub services.

Great. The food is awesome, with some interesting things like the brisket platter with potatoe pancakes which were wonderful. I was a little disappointed to no have any napkin or silverware with the take out order. I found the new pickles too salty. Everything else was 5 star.

Absolutely love coming to Gershon's. Have been coming here for over 20 years and I'm never disappointed. Absolutely one if the best reubens I've had and their matzoh ball soup is delicious. Always great prices and the people are always friendly. Definitely a place people need to check out when visiting Schenectady

My 1st time at Gershon's and have too say I LOVED it. I had the Italian mix Sandwich for Lunch and it's Dinner time and still full. The Service and Sandwich were was great. I will come in again.

Hot corned beef is fabulous with fresh rye bread.... Pickles are fantabulous, bread pudding was so delish. Service with a smile...very enjoyable.

It was a 'shot in the dark ' choice from my phone and I nailed it! Excellent chicken sandwich , I'll definitely be back again and again!

This is a true New York Jewish deli. The food was amazing and took us both to places in our memories. The cheesecake at the end of the meal is made at a bakery in NYC and driven to Gershon’s!! All in all, I would recommend this little place to anyone looking for real Jewish style food!
