Bagels are very good. Employees seemed unenthusiastic and, while not mean, certainly unwelcoming. Limited selection: no soup even though it's always listed on menu, no croissants or pastries, etc.

Excellent bagels and a few unique ones like rosemary & olive oil and everything on wheat.
Bagels n bakes much better . Long lines, no more special coffees. Not much cream cheese on bagels
The service used to be much better. Prices went up after they introduced the points club.
