Bagels are very good. Employees seemed unenthusiastic and, while not mean, certainly unwelcoming. Limited selection: no soup even though it's always listed on menu, no croissants or pastries, etc.

A great place for a coffee and a quick bite. Delicious food and reasonable prices

In my opinion Bruegger's Union Street Bagel Shop the Best of them all, Always the FRESHEST, Great VARIETY & the Staff Friendly. Amanda Runs A Very WELL EXECUTED SHOP...WELL DONE

Excellent bagels and a few unique ones like rosemary & olive oil and everything on wheat.

Bagels n bakes much better . Long lines, no more special coffees. Not much cream cheese on bagels

The service used to be much better. Prices went up after they introduced the points club.
