The staff at German's is always courteous and will do everything they can promptly to resolve any issue with HVAC or plumbing I've had. Scott and Randy each have excellent diagnostic skills and are able to quickly determine exactly what the issue is, and are very great guys just in general. I will continue to choose them as my go-to for any and all future issues I have.

Says they are open 24 hrs a day, called 25 times and never got an answer, on there cell or company phone, and I called after normal working hours which clearly means it's an emergency (-4 degrees outside) heater not working. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend at all
