Was charged a double trip charge. When I asked about the charge the company denied the charges and tried to Justify them.

We hired the company to add plumbing to a bathroom we moved onto our main floor and add plumbing in the kitchen where there was none. The first night we took a shower, the shower leaked into the basement, and the same day they did the work in the kitchen, the sink leaked, not even 4 hours after they hooked it up. When we called to tell them that on Friday, the woman on the phone told us the plumber said it wasn't leaking when he left, even though there was water clearly puddled under the sink and coming out of the pipes. It is frustrating to have a plumber have to come to your house two times to get the job done.
