A&W Canada

Absolutely horrible service, every single time that I've been here but there's always been something wrong with my food. And anytime I've ever brought it up to a manager I've been treated as if I was lying. I've never actually been compensated back for any of my food that they've screwed up on. It is definitely not an A&W that I would recommend. That being said I have absolutely no issue with the A&W brand as I do generally love their food.

Very good burgers, fries and the best root beer. The location is convenient with a drive through, near the large department stores like Walmart, Canadian Tire and several gas stations. Fast service, clean place, friendly staff.

Very disappointed. After their late night drive thru messed up my orders 3 times - yes, 3 separate times - I finally called the manager the next day to complain asking if I did something wrong. The manager told me to come any time for a free meal. When I arrived a few weeks after to give them another shot, I was accused of trying to get a free meal out of them and cheat them. I ended up paying for the meal I ordered to not argue any more. That will be the last time I ever return to this location.

Food is always great, but at times the service isn't the best and it may take an extended period of time to get your order.
