Delta Bingo and Gaming

I was looking forward to a fun girls’ night out with a friend at Delta Bingo, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by an unpleasant encounter at the front desk. As soon as I entered the building, a woman at the front loudly questioned my age from across the room, shouting, “Are you old enough to be in here? Do you have ID?” This happened well before I had even approached her, drawing everyone’s attention and making me feel incredibly embarrassed.nnI completely understand that ID checks are necessary in establishments with age restrictions, but there was absolutely no need for her to shout at me from such a distance. It felt highly inappropriate and discriminatory, especially since I’m a 38-year-old who simply happens to look younger than my age. It’s not my fault that I have good genes and apparently look under 18.nnNo one should have to endure such a public and humiliating experience, especially for something as benign as looking youthful. I wouldn’t have minded being asked for my ID if it had been done respectfully, when I was actually in front of her. Instead, it felt like my appearance—being a short Asian with good skin—was unfairly targeted.nnI was so outraged and embarrassed at the time that I didn’t know how to handle the situation or who to speak to. But after reflecting on it, I feel it’s important to share this experience so that others don’t have to go through the same thing. I hope Delta Bingo will take this feedback seriously and train their staff on how to conduct age checks in a respectful and discreet manner.

Most the staff are amazing at this location.....there's always one, right?nVery clean and lots of fun. Pay outs could be higher. The new system is a bit slow with verifying paper wins. Friendly regulars.

Beautiful and clean place to go. The people are so friendly. First time there for Bingo and I won.

Great help for our local charities!

They do not stay open like the ones in Windsor, they do not offer free beverages.
