Worst customer service I've ever had. I used them when I had student loans and a small loan for an applience and it had been an absolute nightmare. I am being double charged and charged an insane amount of interest and late fees, WHEN I WASNT EVEN LATE. Steer clear of this company!!!!

Worst place we've ever had to do business with. Shady and unprofessional and they change your bill and minimum payments without informing you. Never working with them ever again. Wish I could put zero stars.

For my first payment I set up autopay through their website. It didn't work and I had to do two different phone calls to set it up because as nice as their representatives are, they don't actually do anything.
I scheduled auto payments in December. And cancelled them in January so that I can do them myself because I didn't trust them.
It's March and guess what I paid my account weeks early and they still charged me again on my due date and now I'm over drafted with fees. I have had to call every single month to tell them to cancel my already cancelled auto payment. I have a bunch of 20 digit long "confirmation codes" for the supposed changes I have requested on my account but apparently they never take hold because I have to call every single time to complain about the same exact problem every month and now I have overdraft fees I didn't expect because I didn't know they stole money from my account. Now they aren't available on the phone and I doubt this problem will be solved. I Will be taking legal action if they don't reimburse my overdraft fees as well as what they stole.
