You can't reach the local branch directly without knocking heads together on the phone at their 800 number! Not very good, guys.

I've been a member at First Tech for almost 10 years, and it was absolutely great until recently. In the past year I've had terrible customer service over and over again. Their automated phone system has hung up on me (after waiting on hold and being transferred) several times, and when I do get to talk with a representative they are consistently unable to actually help. It took two phone calls and a visit to the branch to get illegitimate stop payment charges reversed, and I still haven't gotten resolution on how a charge appeared on a HELOC that was supposed to be closed. So disappointed - I've recommended this institution to so many friends over the years and really appreciated the service they used to provide. I hope they'll care about customer feedback and improve their service.

I was a long time member , since 1990's. This place has lost touch with members.... rude staff, long phone wait times, no phone # to contact a branch (rolls to a call center)... the 2016 online banking roll-out was a disaster! Very disrupting to members , functionality lost. We are told it's more safe, however during log-in to the website they gave me access to a page from another member!! And strange log-in access noted on my security page -bank couldn't explain! Too many other problems to list. I've moved all my banking to Rivermark and very happy with this CU. They remember the value of members. And getting great rates!

Why do they advertise opening at 0730 on Saturday when they DON'T OPEN until 10am!!!! Why would you advertise your open at 0730 when YOU DON'T until 10am ?? I wasted my morning driving to your bank when you know you don't open until 10am, so why do they advertise they are open at 0730 ???? My only 1 complaint, everything else is GREAT !!!!
