This is the closest Georgian style restaurant near me. It was about 2 hours away with traffic, but totally worth the drive! I’ll be coming here again for that heavenly Adjarian Khachapuri. Since yesterday it has become one of my all time favourite dishes! I only wish I had a bigger stomach to eat more. I was surprised to find I was the only one there. On the outside it doesn’t look like much, but once inside it’s like a beautiful banquet hall. It was really nice inside. Looks like a great place to host parties and events. The server was quiet and friendly. Very attentive. The cook or cooks there did an absolutely fantastic job. I’ve been telling everyone back home about this place and would recommend it to anyone in the area or seeking an authentic Georgian cuisine experience. Thank you, I look forward to dining here again :
We came across this restaurant by chance and glad we did ...it was not crowded at all the hence we were a bit skeptical about the food. But proving us wrong the food was good and amazing staff!
I have come here both for a random walk in lunch where we ordered off the menu and as part of family celebrations where everything was ordered in advance. Absolutely phenomenal food! They also have real Georgian wine which I've impressed my friends both wine snobs and not with. Friday and Saturday nights this is more like an events hall where you call a month ahead and book a whole table. Similar to a wedding. You can also host weddings here. I know what it looks like from the outside but with smart use of nice wallpaper and curtains it's upscale. Fabric napkins and fabric tablecloths. Parking: Part of a strip mall. Have never had issues getting a spot. Wheelchair accessibility: Perhaps the doors in and out could be less than kind but they do actually have a wheelchair bathroom and the floor is even. When calling to make your booking I would mention it.
Wonderful restaurant! We'd been here four years ago and were amazed at the wonderful food and reasonable prices. We came back today and weren't disappointed. Georgian food is incredible. The portion are more than satisfying and the quality is excellent. Highly recommend it. Vegetarian options: My mother is vegan and was able to order an eggplant stew. There was also pelmemi filled with vegetables, a few other delicious appetizers and wonderful khachapuri. Kid-friendliness: They had high chair and there's plenty of space for children to run around the stage. Parking: There's parking available right outside of the restaurant.
The food is delicious. The place and the music are very good and it’s a great place to bring a big group of people ,however there is a very young boy who was serving us who was very rude since the beginning. We complained to another server who was very understanding and patient. She talked to him but when he came back he asked me what’s the problem and left not even apologizing to us. We came in to celebrate and have fun not to get mad and upset about the service.
Ordered 2 kinds of khachapuri for take out for my daughter's birthday, she loves khachapuri. We tried them in many places in Canada and overseas. These are 100% the best we've ever had. Very soft, airy dough with delicious soft cheese. Highly recommend.
Everything is so delicious. I have never felt so full and can’t stop trying such a great dishes.
Some of the foods were frozen and reheated again, khinkali and beef. I know Great Georgian cuisine very well. We ordered bread 2 hours before closing they said we don't have bread. And they started turn off air conditioner and light at 9pm, but closing times at 10pm. So dissatisfied with service.
Georgia restaurant in my experience was consistently good over the years. The food is my favorite part. I personally find restaurants of this setup awkward usually, it feels like a wedding hall. Maybe it is set up for that purpose and other events. In general the food is amazing. If you ever go try the khinkali, khachapuri, chokhokhbillie. These are usually my favorite. Khinkali is basically lamb dumplings Georgian style, you can get them with lamb if you like lamb. Khachapuri is bread filled with cheese and something creamy which makes it taste amazing. Chokhokhbillie is basically you're home made chicken with veggie in gravy. It tastes like home food regardless of the ethnicity. The place is general has fresh food and everytime i went i had fun. One more thing about Georgia you must know is their beautiful whine. You must try it. The taste is really good. You'll never know when to stop.
If I can give 10/5 stars I would. Love this place, always a pleasure to dine here. Food is beyond great and staff are friendly. Feels like we are in Sakartvelo not Canada!
