I have dealt with Gellatly for decades David his father and many staff in all the years were a pleasure to deal with. Since David sold the business the service other than one of two of the old staff members is beyond decline. Myself and many other loyal customers contributed to the success of Gellatly and now whoever owns this now should be reminded that customers created Gellatly not the new owners. I am purchasing a new car and the agent was rude and robotic to the point she interrupted me constantly. She quoted a yearly premium of over $500.00 more annually than the car I have presently. Do not deal with this company. I do not recognize the company anymore after 40 years. So much for loyal customers.
