I have been with Allstate for at least 10+ years, and I always thought it was the right choice until I was involved in a small collision NOT AT FAULT to know it was all a fairy tale. I had a collision a few days ago and it has been enough to know that all this company cares about is the monthly premium they collect from you. During this time I have been trying to get a customer service representative from Allstate to provide at least what the outcome will be but no luck so far. Unreal the worst service I've seen. The Adjuster is either too busy with so many claims or simply does not care about Allstate clients, not to mention the rest of the people working in conjunction with the adjuster. I have been trying to talk to a manager or supervisor for days, but whenever I requested the service I was given several excuses, and runarounds, and my calls were either transferred to a voicemail or terminated, I have never experienced such terrible customer service before until now I still can’t believe it. The worst experience I have ever been through. The most stressful. Annoying. Unprofessional. One thing I am sure of after this, it will be my last year with this company.
Unfortunately this organization is affiliated with Pembridge Insurance company. And that particular organization provided me the worst experience ever. We were advised simply to close our claim as attempting to continue hunting down the insurance company proved to be feudal. Be warned.
After recently purchasing a home, I was in quick need of home insurance for my quick close. I got in touch with my agency and learned my agent had transferred to another branch. I was put in touch with Norbert Schuldes and he was amazing. He got me a great quote at a great price and made the entire thing a breeze from start to finish. It was just another item in a long list of things he made easy during my closing.
I recently moved from USA to Canada; got very expensive quotes from several insurance companies even though I have solid USA driving experience. Kudos to Allstate to consider my previous driving experience. Also, thanks to Norbert Schuldes who helped me throughout the process and added my previous driving experience. He has been really helpful and responsive while I was buying auto insurance.
Norbert Schuldes was simply excellent from start to finish. He couldn’t have worked harder to make the process of getting home & auto insurance easier for me. Norbert was able to guide me through all the various options and get me the lowest possible rate. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and would not hesitate to recommend Norbert Schuldes and Allstate to anyone looking for insurance. Thank you Norbert for saving me money, getting me the coverage that I need and making it all so easy.
