I am giving 5 stars here because my experience thus far has been great. My son purchased a motorcycle and Kathryn Yee at Anchor Insurance knew I needed to get this done as soon as possible as my son was anxious to get on the road. Being a broker myself; I pride myself on giving excellent customer service so I expect others to provide the same quality of service .  I'm in the process of transferring my own policy over and I have no doubt it will be a smooth process.

I had a great experience! I am a new customer and Anchor was able to save me almost $40 a month from my old policy. They answered all of my questions and helped me understand the different coverages on my new policy. I would recommend for sure

Gave me a quote that turned out to be 700+ dollars less then what I'm actually being charged. And even though they are completely at fault,  they won't get the termination fee waved with the insurance company. 

The customer service is terrible and they won't be accountable for anything they say.  You also rarely are able to deal with the same person.

Avoid here.

Edit: Dealt with the insurance company directly, they apologized for the inconvenience and waved the fee.

We were previously with Anchor insurance and had all intentions of renewing. However the customer service we received was by far the worst customer service ever. Not only did the agent not understand the upcoming situation we were faced with (moving from a condo, living temporarily with family until our new construction home was built) but she was downright rude and very forgetful (Natasha Gunter).  After getting nowhere with the first agent, we starting speaking with Amanda Silva, she was helpful at first  but again the customer service is very poor at Anchor. Their tones were very rude and they lacked common courtesy. Even if they were able to provide us with a lower insurance rate, I would still not continue our services with them. It was truly a hassle to deal with these two individuals.
