We have dealt with GBK Financial on two separate occasions, and both times were easy and stress free. Everyone in the office is approachable and friendly on the phone and in person. We worked with Tim who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us organize our mortgage and finances, clearly explaining our various options, finding us the best rate, and taking care of all the little details. We really felt his commitment to us as clients. We highly recommend GBK!

I tend to have very high standards and it’s often difficult for companies to live up to my expectations but GBK were very professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. They took the time to explain the process and gave me the confidence that everything was going to work out as planned. I’ve already referred some friends and family to GBK and will continue to do so as they’re exceptional to deal with!

My parents highly recommended GBK Financial to my husband and I when we were ready to begin our search to purchase our first home. We were a little skeptical as we live in a different city, about an hour and a half away. We mainly deal with Bryan Jackson who has gone above and beyond our expectations. With the crazy housing market making us feel we would never own a home Bryan did eveything he could to make it happen. He kept his word and got us our promised rate during the rate increases. GBK members are like family, they get to know you on a personal level and are very accommodating to your families individual needs. Bryan agreed to meet us half way to save us making the 1hr and a half trip with our infant to sign papers. My husband and I are very pleased with all of the interactions we have had with many of the GBK family. We look forward to building an even stronger relationship with our "new family" in the years to come.

I'm so glad that we decided to go with Jamey at GBK as we went through the experience of buying our first home. Buying a house can be an overwhelming experience, especially for first time buyers. Knowing that GBK had our backs and that they would find us the best possible mortgage solution gave us peace of mind. You really get the feeling that the GBK team has your best interests at heart, and offer you the kind of dedicated service that the big banks can't. They take the time to understand your situation fully, they'll advocate for your interests and take the time to explain everything to make sure you're well informed and comfortable. We will refer our friends to GBK because we truly believe these guys are the best at what they do.

The guys at GBK are amazing. They worked (so very hard) to make sure that my husband and myself were approved for our very first home. Jamey was always available to answer my (million) questions without any judgement or hesitation. He was honest about what we needed to do and how we needed to do things. He was by our side through the whole process. These guys really and truly do make you feel like a part of their family. There is no one else I would rather have working with me during what is such an important investment as buying a home. I would recommend them a million times!
