CCL Financial Inc.

They called up and the first thing they said is they were filing a lawsuit against me over a credit card. They use scare tactics, guilt tactics, and everything that only ended up in a screaming match where trying to call their supervisor was pointless. I eventually contacted the Better Business Bureau to get them off of me as to many of their tactics were illegal.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They called to tell be i owed 5k on an mbna account that i dont recall ever having. They sent me statements showing my name and apparently I applied online received a card and took out a 5k cash advance. I asked for proof with my signature etc..he said he doesnt have proof and if this is fraud then I need to file for fraud "but it will be on me " if it's not fraud...show me proof and we will have no issue as I not sending him 5k for nothing...he screamed at me and then hung up...extremely unprofessional this guys name was Richard would surprise me if he is the fraudster..awful awful customer service

first of all no one knows what they are doing there. second for a so called financial institution they are by far the most unprofessional people i have ever talked to. third I have had verbal fights literally with 4 people that work there. they never let you speak and they are the most rude bunch of f*ckers I have ever dealt with. Then when it came time for payment they said email your card info. F that! They goons run this business like a wannabe mafia. CCL Financial is needs people skills.

Google needs to change their star rating system so I can use a poop emoji. This company has the worse employees I have ever talked with. They are completely degrading when they speak to you and treat you like you have the plague. They act as if they are far above you and that you failed as a human. I am willing to build a petition to bring this company down and bring in regulations so as to protect people from being talk to like dirt when they already feel bad about how things are going.

They abuse and misuse the collection agency act. They will call you within six days, they will lie and use unnecessary forceful tactics. Save all written communication from them and ask for everything in writing. Record all conversations as they are notorious for making agreements with people and going back on them. They have numerous complaints with the better business bureau for their bad behaviours. eventually if enough people complain they will be stopped.

They pretend to be helping you, in reality, they are just setting people up to get screwed. They threaten people that they will get sued, they give unrealistic deadlines, they have no respect for the people they are dealing with. They choose the questions they want to answer and lie or avoid all the questions they don’t want to answer.

They company uses illegal tactics in an attempt to force people to re-pay debts. If you are threatened with legal action whereby CCL Financial is threatening to secure a judgement against your home or property contact a consumer rights attorney. You can collect compensation via a civil claim in provincial court as these forceful and threatening tactics are illegal in every province in Canada.

This company has 3 different names. I called BMO to provide me with a name "Credit Resources Limited". I called and spoke to Paul Fowler and he claimed their not Credit Resource Limited, that their company name is Preffered Credit Resources" and the caller ID on the phone states CCL which is Collection canada Limited. Has anyone ever heard of a company that has 3 separate names? They mailed me a letter threatening to take legal actions on a matter which has no relations to me. Good thing for them they think people are stupid and wouldn't have any idea what the status of limitations are.

Don't be fooled by their promise to update your report. Make sure you check. Six months after paying, they didn't even report it to the bureau. I'd give them a negative star but the system won't allow it. They're lying scumbags.

Very rude people for one first time calling me to leave a voice mail telling me how ingernant I am because I told them I fall into hardship and lost everything I lose my job I lost my home everything do to health issues with my child. I simply replyed to there email and to what get this person to call me and tell me how ingernant I was. Wanna see ingernant I can give it to ya.
