Visited branch weekday during lunch. Waited about two minutes. Teller was polite and processed the transaction quickly. I am not a Soctia customer and stated so. Had a simple transaction to perform, could only be done at Scotiabank. Have nothing negative to say. No pressure to purchase any products or become a client.

Very slow moving. Long lines & they never call someone to add another teller which I find disrespectful to clients.
