Very poor service. Bought 3 yard's of soil today made me wait for 25 minutes waiting for taking order. Specially requested for calling me at the time of delivery. Even then the Driver dumped without calling me. Regards Pemninder Singh.
The staff here are awesome and you can tell the business is very well managed. Their customer service is always great, staff know what they're doing and there's no better place to go for landscape supplies. I just wish they had a location up north because I moved away and now none of the other yards are even half as good as GB stone is.
I don't deal with this company but I do deal with the company that they share their parking lot with and I run into their employees quite often. They always seem super nice.
GB Stone has excellent products & decent prices. The yard staff is very efficient & polite. I have supported them since they opened. Never had an issue. I was there 3 times today, once for a return, business was steady but I was the only one waiting at the outside table each time. Unfortunately, each wait was for over 10 minutes as "several" not all of the sales staff huddled inside the Office. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience being there... Ian was even selling & I heard him tell said staff, there are customers outside waiting... they need to fix this
Always a great environment and team to deal with. A very organized & highly stocked yard of materials, the energetic and positive staff are dedicated to getting product to site in a timely matter. Our crews thoroughly enjoy dealing with GB Stone.
Good service and friendly people. There was a mix up in order today but they were very quick to correct it.
Very nice staff. Very help full. My only suggestion is not enough parking and driveway. Sometimes with contractors, delivery or pickup trucks, the way is getting blocked. Hard to turn and drive. A couple of times, I have to wait for the trucks to be move. And some drivers are leaving the trucks in the middle and walking off to the office. We can't say anything to them because the place has not enough parking. They have enough space to make more parking. In future, I hope they will extend the parking space. Other than this parking issue, their product, pricing and service are all good. I recommend this place for landscaping supplies.
"You never get a second chance to make a first impression" I called for first time to find out the stones but the person answered " JADE". what an amazing person and really wanted to help the customers. very knowledgeable and caring person. I strongly recommend this place if you are looking for best services and good price.
Great friendly service, highest quality of materials and the loader operator is very mindful and skilled when around your equipment.
We’re a hardscaping company & had a few projects lined up this week in Brampton, where we don’t usually operate. We decided to go ahead & purchase all the material from GB stone due to proximity to the first project. I had many things to pick up pavers, natural stone, wall units etc and the sales staff were very helpful, patient and walked with me to the yard to look at some stones. During the pick up, I was greeted by Evan, he was very knowledgeable, pleasant and really took care of every detail in my never-ending bill, and he even went a step ahead and helped me close the trailer door- which physically isn’t a big deal, however it’s truly a reflection of an exceptional attitude, his demeanour was just a level above. Needless to say, for the following project I came back to get my landscaping supplies at GB Stone again because that first experience left such a good impression. I can’t say enough good things about GB Stone- thanks again & your team rocks all across the board!
