Gateway to the North RV Park

sites were level, operators seem very nice. Had to find them office was closed period, open but not opened for business, lots not maintained, self check in, pick your own site, no info given. wash rooms toilets not cleaned for 2 days we stayed, out of paper towel for 2 days, toilets dirty for 2 days, good location for Viking trail but right on highway, lots of noise

Conveniently located on highway to Northern Peninsula and Gros Morne Park, this park is an easy choice. All the amenities you expect. My only problem was being too close to that busy highway and traffic noise. Price is also inline with its perfect location.

Snooty and unhelpful registration person. Park is more like parking at Walmart but on gravel. Some showers don't work and even at that it is one change room for two showers. Washroom facilities unseated. This was also the most expensive campground we found while in Newfoundland and this is towards the end of our trip. I do not recommend this campground to anyone.
