Let's start with atmosphere - astounding hunter's lodge with some really savvy antique pieces. I admire the craftsmanship of good old days, and here it is displayed with taste. The menu varies depending on lunch/dinner hours. Dinner menu is more versatile and gourmand (if this word can be used for German Hunter's meals) :)
Good quality food, large portions. One star down for becoming more expensive.

Beautiful building. Can't stress that enough. It happened to be a nice day which made the view even more pleasing. Food was really good. If you haven't been, give it a try.

Our group of five were a lively bunch and our server was amazingly good natured.  Those of us who had the pork shoulder special were not very impressed but the lady in our group who had Calimari loved it! The soup was delicious as well. All in all, the Gasthaus on the Lake will not disappoint.

Very good, lots of delicious options even for vegetarians. Hearty big portions always served pipping hot. Thursday nights is usually all you can eat schnitzels served with a hot buffet of salads and side dishes.

Went here with my family for a small outing. B*tchy waitress and crappy meal. Over-priced and over-rated. Half cooked steak, $42 meal that should be only $30 at the worst. Worst thing is that that rude waitress hacked my grandmother's credit card. Do not go to this place. People only like it because of the decor. Don't waste your time for it is better to go to McDonald's!
