I come here on a regular basis for coffee and sometimes a bite .  I get to meet new people and many past and present friends.  The owners Terry and Valley are super hosts and always serving with a smile, the staff are well trained and my coffee always gets a top up,  good for dining and socializing while on holiday and a pop in deal.  If I cannot get my selection or they are out of an item on the menu they always make sure they serve an alternative to keep customers happy and coming back.  Very friendly AW fast food place in Peachland BC.

I ordered Lettuce Wrapped burgers and specifically asked if they would be wrapped with plenty of lettuce because i have been given one piece of lettuce on each side in the past.Which is not only cheap but extremely meesy! I was assured "oh yes we use lots of lettuce" , i got down the road and decided to eat ...guess what I got ...1 piece of lettuce on each side!! Come on how cheap can you be ...lettuce instead of a bun ...I will Not attend this location again ..geez

Have eaten at the A & W in Peachland B.C. on a few occasions and each time the food and service was excellent.

Slow kitchen, waited behind one vehicle for about 5 minutes to come to the window and told they need to put a beef patty on the grill for my burger. I don't have experience in fast food but would think that price process would start soon after order. Was asked to pull into parking lot and waited another 5 minutes. Didn't seem very busy inside

After getting my meal I checked the contents and found the order was wrong, but of course no receipt was given to me, so I went inside (for sake of principle). The worker tried to deflect a refund, indicating it was just a slight difference. I had to wait another 5 minutes for onion rings to be made and got my $0.80 back (lucky me!). 

The manager should have responded to the poor performance with more enthusiasm to make the visit (which was obviously not very good) much better. I hate having to spell things out for people but "its on us" would have been the minimum expectation that would demonstrate they take pride in their performance.
