Gaspereau Bed & Breakfast

Not the best (or close) B&B experience I've ever had. Bed was uncomfortable and very squeaky. Breakfast was fine but more a serve yourself some hard boiled eggs and muffins. It was fairly out of the way. Hostess wasn't even there (6pm) when we showed. There was a note on the door with our name and room number. House was completely unlocked with no way to secure our room and belongings. Will not stay there again.

Location is in close proximity to Wolfville and tourist attractions in the area. The bedroom is clean and the shared bathroom is cleaned daily. Communicating with the host is easy and clear. The breakfast was alright, consisting of hard boiled eggs, muffins, white sandwich bread, yogurt, cereal and juice. We would have liked to have had fresh fruit. The location was safe, but would have liked the bedroom doors to have locks on the outside to ensure our belongings were secure in our absence. The front door to the house is kept unlocked. Overall a pleasant stay.

Zelda invests time and special touches to make her guests feel at home. It is so very peaceful and restful in this area of Gaspereau. A great location for exploring the Annapolis area, or a trip to Halifax is an easy destination. Many lovely wineries in the area, as well as your choice of seafood and craft beers. Also an area of many artisans and First Nations people. A memorable cultural experience!

Very friendly host and fantastic breakfast. I forgot something in my room and they went out of their way (unprompted) to mail it to me. Above and beyond expectations.

Lovely night at GBnB. Zelda was friendly and the atmosphere was cozy and casual.
