Garrison's Resort

This place is absolutely gorgeous! The views are great, the cabins are nicely renovated, and there is plenty to do, and the fishing is great in the summer. We had a small issue during our stay late at night and it was resolved incredibly fast!! Beautiful resort, very easy to book, and fantastic service! 10/10 recommend!!

Great place to meet friends and family during Getaway Hero Weekend that we have every year. The owners are very nice and humble people.

Great place to come relax and fish. We had a three bedroom cabin that three couples were able to share. The fish house was very functional and bright. The beds were firm. I would suggest bringing your own pillows, as theirs were plastic wrapped, and blankets. Measuring spoons and cups, and hand mixer were provided if you decide to bake. There was a slow cooker and a coffee pot as well as a couple very nice saute pans. Fire wood was delivered when our pile got low.

Wonderful owner, well kept cabins and beach, Frisbee golf and playground are always available, and the beach swimming area is actually clean. The paddle boat is a huge plus too. Great place overall.

My family and I went at the end of the season. This trip was the first trip I had made to Minnesota. I was so happy that Garrisons Resort was the place we decided to go to. The cabins are so clean and comfortable. They had everything. .coffee pot, dishes, linens ect. The only thing we bought was groceries. The pontoon boat we used was very nice as well. I have to say. Our best family vacation we ever had was at Garrisons Resort. I can't wait to go back. It was truly beautiful and peaceful. Thank you Garrisons Resort!

We have been coming to Balm Lake for 40 years. Garrison's Resort is so peaceful and quiet. It's a wonderful resort to get away on a lake with great fishing.

Very Rustic. Lake seems like more of an environmental lake. Have to go out a ways by boat to swim without weeds. Owners are very pleasant.

I will always remember the days I spent here with the Love of my life, 30 years of marriage went way too quick , when God called you home this week, my love had such a wonderful awesome time, thank you Shari and Mike. people like you only come from the Lord, he felt so blessed to be there , and he loved every minute of it. A fanstatic beautiful place. You will be in my heart always.
