A welcoming place for family!!! Fish, snails, pups, cats, aquatic plants, and reptiles!!! Don't expect to walk out with a new pet unless you have some knowledge. Well trained staff.

My job does not allow me to have pets. I live on a base and it's rare I get to cuddle with animals anymore :( I saw this store and my heart melted when I saw kittens in the window. I went in to pet them. They were so hyper and dying for attention and the women scolded me and said I could not touch them unless I was buying them. Walked around and noticed they had a large variety of animals. Puppies and kittens from puppy mills. The rabbits had filthy cages, one of them looked very ill. After walking around another employee said if we were not purchasing anything we needed to leave. Thanks jerks, just wanted to pet a kitty on my day off :( I was being quiet and respectful to the animals in the store but I guess money is all that matters right? That's fine, I don't buy from puppy mills anyways.

Gardel pet shop is one of the bust pet stores I've been to the animals are very healthy and happy I have nothing against them.
