Staples Owen Sound

Very polite and educated staff! It's a great store for all your stationary needs! Having the print shop instore is very handy! The electronics section is well stocked with a good variety and loaded with accessories! An excellent variety of software and hardware!

This location has amazing staff! The only issue is that they always seem to be under staffed, never enough people working to service the customers. However when you do get someone they are extremely helpful, knowledge and professional. I always enjoy shopping here minus the wait time.

As a Google guide I frequent may places in Owen Sound and rate them based on their customer service. Staples is a place that you are best to do your research first before buying. Staples want to convert your visit into sales. They push their sales people to push you. They hire students because they don't want to hire adults they have to pay a fair wages and provide benefits too. If you look around you when in the store you will find all employees are managers (blue shirts) or students (red shirts) in highschool. Doesn't help out local economy when a store that size can offer secure jobs with good pay and benefits to adults but instead collect a subsidiary for hiring students. Shame on you and Shame on anyone that shops there.

I had a complex problem with a product and the staff and manager patiently and cheerfully helped me and ensured a positive outcome.
