Had car trouble while en route elsewhere. Manager took time to diagnose and recommend a repair despite the shop being exceptionally busy. He determined it wasn't an emergency so I did not have repair performed there. Therefore I can't speak to the quality of work -- but I was impressed by their willingness to assist.
