Ive been wanting to try the small Ganadara for a long time and i finally got the chance to. I was very satisfied with the big one across the street and its safe to say the small one is equally as great : the food is fresh and tastes amazing. Its also very affordable, i only paid 13$ for the noodles and 5$ each for the appetizers. Coming back here very soon <3
Went here for a simple gathering of friends. Interior is small however it adds to the cozy ambiance, this restaurant does not take reservations but our group of 3 found a table very quickly 1400 on a Monday. The menu has a lot of variety and everything was delicious, service was relatively quick. The bulgogi mandu were juicy and crispy on the outside, and complimented very well with the sauce from the rosé tteokbokki dish. The bulgogi ramyum wasn’t too spicy and the broth and noodles had a little sweetness to them thanks to the beef marinade. The buldak chicken noodles didn’t disappoint! It’s spice level is significantly higher than the soup ramyum so proceed with caution.
only chicken katsu is acceptable. I don‘t recommend <Sundubu- soft tobu soup> and <Ramyeon>. Korean owned restaurant must be much better for Korean food!!!Food: 2/5
Okja poutine was awesome! Fast and friendly service, reasonable prices, and tasty food & drinks. Outdoor wooden chairs were a bit uncomfortable but I suppose it's done in the interests of not having people linger too long!Food: 5/5
I love the food! Space is small so it’s easier if you dine with 2-3 friends only haha Food: 5/5
The rose tteokbokki was absolutely delicious! Payment is made in advance, and you have the option to dine in or take out. I was thrilled to discover that Ganadara is back, especially considering their previous location where JaKo is now situated; I adored that spot. While it's not entirely comparable, I'm still quite content. It's worth noting that the interior space is quite small, but this is a minor concern.
Perfect place for quick lunch or dinner. Menu super simple. We enjoyed the Ramyun and Tteokbokki with mandu dumplings.Food: 5/5
Very fast and super well-priced! It was $13 each and we were stuffed The poutine is a really fun take - it’s got tteokbokki and noodles and lotsss of meat. I personally wish there was more tteokbokki and less fries, but it isss poutine. The poutine is big enough to share and really heavy. The fried chicken was a lovely texture but nothing crazy - kind of tasted like regular fast food popcorn chicken. They’re really friendly!
It's a nice Korean restaurant near McGill station. I ordered the pork ramen and beef Mandu and chicken cupbap for takeout. The food was delicious with just the right amount of spice and some nice K pop beats makes for a great vibe. Big shout-out to the staff for accommodating me so close to closing time, Thanks guys!
BAD service! The waitress is having a long face the whole time and she is on her phone instead of serving clients. I asked her to refill my water and heres what i got. NEVER being served like this. Even have to call her multiple times to get napkins and utensils. Will never come again. This is my first and last time.Food: 3/5
