Gabriella Floral Inc

I purchased a bouquet for Mother's Day and had it delivered. My mother was very disappointed with it. I let Gabriella Floral know that we did not like it and described that the greens were wilting and that that arrangement itself was nothing at all like that in the picture on their website. This was their response, copied and pasted: I'll review the picture of the arrangement, as we take picture's of everything we send out our door! Your entitled to you opinion, OUR DESIGNER HAS OVER 20 years experience. So there is absolutely no need for the dramatic description! Gabriella Floral These people charged me $50 for their awful arrangement. They insulted me by saying my description was dramatic, and expressed poor customer service by not apologizing or offering any real compensation for the poorly designed arrangement. I very much discourage anybody from purchasing anything from this business.
