Stayed here for our anniversary and had an amazing experience. The room was a great size and the jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. The sunset view from the balcony was beautiful. We will stay again. Also the staff lovely woman was very accommodating and we received any extras that she was able to provide like an extra bath robe and some no flame candles.
Stayed in a spacious well appointed king suite for 1 night while enroute to PEI. Room had lots of historical charm with exposed wood beams and quirky angles. After a late dinner, I was looking forward to a hot shower only to be disappointed by nothing but cold water coming out of the tap :- I waited an hour, but still same result. It was 11:30 pm by that point so there were no staff around. Out of desparation, I called the hotel number and was surprised the manager Stacy answered. She checked the hot water heater and within 15 mins, we had hot water :- Breakfast included the next morning also deserves special mention. I could not decide between sausage or bacon, so the server gave me both. Best bacon ever! Thin and crispy without any greasiness. I would go back just for the bacon :- Tip: Check out the rooftop patio on the 3rd floor for some great views!
I am posting this review as I was very impressed with the young lady who served us, I wish I had written her name down. I am a celiac so it is important I have a gluten free dinner. The dinner was tasty....but my review has 5 stars because of how impressed I was with her attention to each detail. Thank-you!
Excellent Service. Suite on 3rd floor is very spacious with king bed, couch, jacuzzi , AC, very clean. Good food at restaurant, 5 breakfast options included as complimentary options. Great location on main Street.Would recommend to friends.
We had a lovely meal on the enclosed deck, watching the sun set. Mussels were as excellent as the friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended.

Thank you Chez Gabriele for a fantastic birthday celebration! From the staff, to the food, to the hotel room, everything was perfect! I want to give a special recognition to Maria for being such a hard worker and going above and beyond to make our stay and dinner reservations extra special. Thank you Oscar and Stacey for the wonderful hospitality, and Kyle for making the best pasta. Yummy! Last but not least, thank you Phil Black for the wonderful night of live music. We will be back for sure.
We held our wedding and ceremony at Auberge Gabriel in November of 2020, and it was absolutely perfect! Our hosts provided amazing service by being accommodating to our vision and needs. We decorated the restaurant for our wedding and the ambiance was magical. The owners and staff were courteous, professional and friendly. The meal was amazing and the rooms, comfortable and clean. I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience. I HIGHLY recommend this venue for any small wedding - you will be happy you chose Auberge Gabriel.
My hubby and I stayed here for the weekend. The location is great! The staff were very friendly. The building itself is nice with some exposed beams, it looks like it's been recently renovated. Pet friendly too is a bonus!!
