Ordered a fresh lasagna, Italian sausage and rapini. Excellent. Our company really enjoyed the food and the service at Gabe’s was great. Everything on time and as ordered. Will definitely use them in future.

Asked the girl at the front what was in the baked goods and she didn't have the foggiest idea.. I have allergies so I do want to know. Not much display of pricing which makes you feel awkward asking over and over about certain foods. I'd say its expensive imo for what they are serving... I got a half pasta and a small side for $18 which was wrong - portions lack. Taste of the ravioli was sub par - the flavour wasn't there, had to use the salt and pepper I got with my cutlery. Also the girl incorrectly charged me $4 extra which I ended up paying and later calculated it was incorrect for what I got. But yes, it's pricey. Food was alright, had better. I've tried their baked goods before and they're good, just again, pricey. I don't mind paying for stuff that hits the pallet different but this just didn't.

Ordered from catering menu for a party of 16. Veal and chicken parm with buns and toppings, caesar salad and pizza. Delicious and so fresh. Will order again!

Good choice of healthy food and good price. Coffee is meh. Why no one knows what their sweets are?! You work there and should know what is inside. I just tried no matter what and DELICIOUS. They could organize the outside space better. Lots of flies.

I started working in Caledon East in October and quickly discovered that Gabe's Country bake shop serves excellent coffee. Not only is the coffee excellent but I have tried their homemade soups and pre-made dinners and they are amazing. Gabe's is a clean , friendly family owned business. I shop there frequently.

Gabe’s got the best coffee in downtown Caledon. The staff is super friendly and maintain a safe environment. I grabbed some cannoli’s for a friend and they absolutely loved them! Will be back to try the pie’s and lunch options!

I have come in once and a while for years. Pretty good food, but for the price of the hot beverages to-go, I would like it to be full. I got a large size and it was containing the amount of a medium. I held it up to the sample cup and the lady behind the counter still argued it was the proper size. I might as well just order the next size down if that's all I am getting.

This unassuming restaurant contains some great food. It's a traditional Italian bakery with a hot table done right. There's not much room to sit so if you have a big group consider ordering take out. This place is better suited to a small group of a couple people. I would have never known this place exists but I'm glad I do now.

First soccer game of the season for my son and cancelled 20 min before kickoff. I decided to see what's around the area and found a cafe and bake shoppe around the corner. Great coffee, latte, or espresso. Chocolate croissant was delicious. They have a great selection of hot foods, sweets and coffee. Have to try their cupcakes! Next time I am back in Caledon will definitely stop here!
