Well what to say! The Manager or she might even be the owner of this location is in need of proper training herself whick explains a lot about her staff! Irresponsible staff who seems annoyed by customers. I myself am a big retail chain store service manager so therefore I know what annoys a retail employee. Therefore I am very careful not to ask stupid question! I asked for a salegirl to see if they had a size I was looking for. To the Manager/Owner! It is one of your biggest day when customer flock to your store! The probability of selling and item is strong so train your employees to react to this opportunity! Boxing Day!

I recently purchased a pair of shoes at the Laval location when visiting the area from Ontario. Unfortunately, the shoes proved to be too small. I called Vincent (assistant store manager), to see if I would be able to ship my shoes back for a replacement. Vincent not only helped me throughout the return process, but paid for the shipping of the replacement pair 6 hours away in a different province. I highly recommend this store for the quality shoes, and unparalleled customer service, as shown by Vincent.

I bought a pair of Rockport sandals from this store a month ago. After about two weeks, they started to disintegrate. The stitches started to come off, and the synthetic material started to smell horribly. I will never buy any Rockport products again. I won't buy from this store again neither because of the poor quality of their products and the ultra expensive prices. You don't simply pay 70$ for a pair of sandals that will break and stink in less than a month.
