I recently bought glasses and had an eye exam here and over all had a great experience, All of the staff were very polite and friendly. I was helped by a lady named Jessica and she was very friendly and super helpful, she was very patient and polite when helping me look for the right pair of glasses. Any questions or concerns I had she was quick to address and made it very easy to get new glasses. Over all I had a great experience here and couldn’t be happier with the help I received

Wonderful staff! Spent over an hour to find a new frame to fit my glasses and tuning it to fit my eyes. They were very patient and professional. Unfortunately, I got it lost in Dodd lake the next day.

Each time I see Dr. Iwabuchi she is so welcoming, talks easily about why I came in, does a thorough examination, then tells and shows me her findings. She also gives helpful and honest advice on anything we discuss. She works hard and is very knowledgeable. I am very grateful and so glad to be able to see her when I have a need.

Amazing staff! Friendly and professional! Dr English was amazing! He takes the time to go over results explaining it all with incredible communication skills. He is the best…the Sunshine Coast is blessed to have him here!

I had a great experience at FYI and with every staff member who helped me out. I came in with a specific frame in mind that I had found in my travels and they were actually able to source it and put prescription lenses into my dream sunglasses!
