Dr.Javid is the best family doctor we have ever had and I feel so fortunate to have my whole family under her care. Many of the reviews here that are bad and directed toward the front desk staff are accurate in my early experience, but they seem worlds better in the last year. Not sure if they changed out some problematic staff members that were dragging them down, but recently they are professional, courteous and helpful whenever I interact with them. I feel good giving a five star review for the office at this point and want to note that some of the front desk deserves some love for their efforts. Thanks!

Dr.Mentz has been the finest doctor I've had since my pediatrician many, many years ago. I was so happy having found such a good doctor who would undoubtedly out live me, never requiring me to look for someone who's hands I feel confidentof placing my life in. I am sorry to see him go. Most of the reception staff is pretty good however one bad apple can spoil the bunch. Thankfully she hasn't been there for a while.

I had a great experience. I moved from Ontario to here, burnt my finger on the woodstove. They took me right in, took great care of me. They were friendly and prompt. Will definitely go back.

I have been exceptionally well taken care of by this clinic. Whether I see my GP or not, there is care and understanding with every interaction. I'm so grateful to have found Dr.Javidanbaran.

Doctors are always lovely, very understanding and easy to talk to, they're very inviting but kind of rush your appointment to make it done ASAP. Staff are not very kind. I talked over the phone to make an appointment just now and the woman I talked to was very rude and snarky, because I didnt have my current phone number updated in the system¿ Might start going to the Robert's creek medical clinic instead because the people in the front are MUCH kinder, I'm tired of having to talk to that one lady at the desk.

Probably the best doctors and worst secretarial staff in town. They dont follow up, refer messages to doctors and basically act like they get to decide who gets healthcare and who doesn't. I have repeatedly told them 5 times now that my wife is allowed to call on my behalf as I normally work nights. No one has told any doctors about this and I cannot be awake at the 9 to 10 am THEY INSIST ON CALLING AT. Great place if you like being ignored. I'm fibding a new doc because of this and its a Damn Shame, because I really like the doctor. The secretaries are a joke though. Sad really

Not really happy with their Service. I had an appointment with an Specialist in Vancouver. They gave me the wrong address 2 years old information, therefore I missed my appointment. I waited 7 months for this, and now I need to wait again. When I contacted the Specialist in Vancouver, they told me that it was not the first time that this clinic is having issues with patients. Not happy at all. ____ I received a call on Feb 4 2021 at 1.18pm They called me in order to cancel my appointment that I have with ANOTHER doctor in Vancouver. They called me saying that I will not be able to see the Neurologist in Vancouver because he is out of his office due to COVID-19 Office in Vancouver [How this doctor in Sunshine Coast knows about someone else schedule located in Vancouver? - two different doctors, two different business] Long story short, Someone called me from this clinic, 24 hrs prior my original appointment in Vancouver He was literally reading my exam from the desktop computer screen, Reading results and telling me that everything was OK. Even the result stated something critical. When I asked to read my profile to clarify the reason of my exams He DID NOT KNOW why I was taking any exam, the information that I was given was completely wrong and it sounds that was not my case. Next day, I received a call from my Doctor in Vancouver asking me why I did not show up for my appointment, I explained that this location called me in order to cancel. The doctor in Vancouver was shocked! He was not out of town, And he was waiting for me. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I was told that this location is a money grab my appointment was canceled for COVID-19 and they tried to charged me $$ for a not-show I was told that this is not the 1st time. I was told that this location in Sunshine Coast is scamming the system, playing with people lifes and stealing money with situations like this.

The office staff is awful. They are argumentative & rude , not sure why they are still employed. Have witnessed them gossiping & talking very nasty to patients on the phone. Have switched to walk in & Telehealth just to avoid them which has made health care access even more challenging in small town. Have not had best luck being shuffled between doctors there either and have needed care in hospital following a couple of visits due to treatments that caused me more medical problems. None of my family's referral seem to be sent timely if at all and don't bother asking the staff to double check .. unless you want to be berated or get a nasty response. too bad this is the standard of care in small town where we have no other options. Thumbs down.
