I have been so lucky to get Pamela Trant as my DR. She has been nothing but professional, kind, caring and her follow up is incredible. She has completely changed my view on how a Dr treats & deals with their patients. I feel like a person and not a file. Thank you for your time and care.

Dr. J has been my family doctor for well over a decade, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and support he has provided to me and my family over the years. He delivered my daughter and has always shown kindness, compassion, and professionalism in every interaction.nnBeyond the care he provides to individual patients, I am also thankful for the work Dr. J continues to do in our community. Family doctors play such an important role, and his dedication, long hours, and commitment to helping others do not go unnoticed.nnDr. J is an exceptional physician who genuinely cares about his patients and the community he serves.

My experiences here have always been positive. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and Pamela Trant my NP is very caring and knowledgeable. Right now, medical practitioners in BC are very overworked and under staffed. I think it's up to us as patients, to help out by being understanding and kind.

2 yrs ago I was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Dr Jaschinski was the doctor that treated me. At the time I had no DR. He said to me that with all the stuff you have going on you need a Dr. I will be your DR. We discussed where I lived and agreed it would work. 6 weeks ago he picked me out of the health registry to be my DR. Since the discussion at the hospital and even after he picked me from the health registry the staff have refused to make an appointment for me. so according to him he is my Dr but I can't get past the staff to see him.

My husband and I have lost Dr Javid too sometime ago and had to put our names down on some wait list. But luckily for us, we now have Dr Sara Nouh, who is a godsend. She’s professional but warm, pays close attention to our needs and always has a wonderful smile when she greets us. We appreciate! Thank you very much for your care and kindness.
