Fundy Rocks Motel

Rooms were clean and Beds were comfortable. Quiet Place, Pool and fire pits. Can stay in Hotel Cottage or your RV and Pet Friendly with lots of room for your dog to run and play. Restaurants was amazing and the staff were so friendly. Lots of space to park vehicle. Playground for kids to play and Min golf and lightning outside at night was great would recommend to anyone and would stay again.

Horrible customer service! We made reservations, to stay for one night and told them we may be there around 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm. When we arrived, we were almost out of gas and no gas stations were open in the near by area. Went to the door of the motel which said open, to our supersize no-buddy was there to greet us. There was a phone number on the door to call, and when we did we got his answer machine. Which said try calling back tomorrow we are out. Oh great no gas and no ROOM. I called road side assistance and luckily they found us and with gas. The worst part of this story is that, when I called next day he charged us for the room and refused to refund us and was very rude about it. Don't waist your time with a bad business man like this.

Extremely rude staff - beyond comprehension. - stay away! I had a reservation through booking.com. I had confirmation at 10am. We arrived at 9:30pm. At the check in at the reception the following conversation took place between staff and me: - "your credit card was rejected" - "but I have my reservation here [showed my reservation]" - "I don't care". wow. this is what I call customer care. It is true that it turned out that 6 hours after I received the booking conversation, I got an email saying my card was rejected, however I didn't get the email as I was travelling and I wasn't on line. Plus, I used the same card I used throughout the trip for previous bookings, bookings later and for shopping on the very same day, so this already sounded fishy. Additionally, the gentleman refused to show me his paper confirming that my card got rejected. I said, okay, I'll pay cash, but he said too late, he already gave the room to someone else. Nice. Add to that that another lady also had some kind of booking issues. What happened was the gentleman at the counter FORCEFULLY shoved the lady out the door, locked the door and threatened to call the police on her. I have never experienced such rudeness throughout my experience in North America. Add to that that we got stranded in the middle of the woods with no accommodation at night, with absolutely no willingness from that guy to help... Of course I didn't get a chance to see the rooms, so all my ratings on that are based on my experience I actually had. I find it deeply saddening that such things can happen, seemingly without consequences. In short, I do not recommend this place at all.:(

A basic motel. We stayed 3 nights. Rooms are clean, and cleaned daily. Bathroom was a little damp, and didn't dry out easily. Average-to-friendly service checking in/out. Very friendly, courteous service with the included breakfast (1 egg any style, 2 strips bacon, coffee/tea/juice).

Was upgraded to a cottage when the motel rooms were no longer available. The food at the small restaurant was excellent. The park area provided a fun place for kids to play in the evening hours, and the view of the Bay of Fundy from the back of the cottage was spectacular.
