We stopped for some of there wings and they were great, they were different in the fact that the wing and drum were connected but good none the less. What I do remember about this place is the bar tender (owner) has such great character and so is passionate about his establishment. Also the fact he gets everything as local as possible ( huge points ). The ceasar is the best I have ever had!!! It has a deep fried asparagus!! The secret mix they have is absolute. Definitely check this restaurant out! A bit pricier but worth everything it has to offer!

Oh my goodness, my hubby and I absolutely loved the food here! Way to go Fuel, you hit it out of the park! The service was delightful too! We look forward to coming back. We wish you all the success in the world!

Great Eggs Benedict with freshcut hashbrowns - Thats it, thats all I have when I go here. Used to be the lonnnnnng gone "Garage" then the tastey but very limited doomed to fail "Zee Crepes Restaurant". Und now it is "Fuel". I have high hopes for this incarnation as it fills the gap for a breafast&lunch&dinner cafe/nook left by the legendary " Clanseys" when the fire made them close that down last year. The big pluses about "Fuel" is it is chef owned operated and now, I am told, he likes to create and experiment with his repetoire serving different dinner entrees/creations each night. Thats little out of my price range and past my bedtime but a pleasant bonus for foodies in the area looking to push their culinary boundaries. Hey, I just measure a place by their Eggs Benedict and these folks have made me a fan. Now if they can just stick around a little longer than the last 5 places..... Oui?
