Good spot to have a drink while waiting for boarding. The bartender was very good to ensure we had our drinks quick and were settled so we don't miss boarding.
If there were zero stars, this place would get it. After spending $19 for two partial glasses of beer, the bartender told us she was closing in 15 minutes. Five minutes later 8:50 pm she stood by our table waiting for us to finish do she could wash the glasses. She actually tried to grab my wife's drink before she was done. Worst and rudest service we have ever encountered. She shouldn't work in the service industry
A nice place to have a pint while waiting for a flight. Great view out onto the tarmac. If you are lucky, the pianist will be playing the nearby piano. A short but good menu; some with your healthy veggies. And yes, it is 2019, so the bar is fully equipped with a lot of electrical outlets, so you can recharge your phone while enjoying that pint.
Ok place for a quick drink. It is small, groups more than 3 likely won't fit easily. It's also not the most convenient location since it's located at the end of the terminal and right next to a number of gates, having a conversation may be difficult depending on how busy the airport is. That said, there are plenty of TVs for a small venue and there are lots of outlets to charge your phone while you're at bar as well. I'll usually stop by if I'm flying alone or with a friend.
Wow what an insult I bought one drink and sober as can be. Someone offered to buy me a drink and the bartender shut me down saying I’m to intoxicated. Worst bar at the Winnipeg Airport. Not coming back here again. It’s sad I’m not even slurring or tipsy. Not even calm for my flight. Still sober
Sat down before flight had about 40 minutes. I sat right in front of the bar and right beside the server station. There was a booth in front of me that said do not use but must have been ok for some of the staff. One guy maybe the manager was doing some paper work and yacking to the staff .I was ignored and had to ask for a menu. The staff were loud and entaining themselves and many speaking tneir own language loudly and some staff talking to someone in the kitchen and laughing Some i think staff wno were off shift were behind the bar with their jackets on talking to other staff on the floor Food was POOR STAFF WORSE AND CUSTOMERS PAID THE PRICE.
Had a drink here once and was underwhelmed. Tried again today and was ignored for 20 minutes by the staff. Not sure if they were medicated but she didn't seem fully engaged with what she was doing. I went elsewhere, as I will do in the future.
My brother had stopped in here for a beer while he waited for his next flight. My brother has a speech problem always has. A lady their had told him that he was to impaired to have beer!! Really? Just because you can't understand someone doesn't always mean they might be impaired.. I'll never go there ever!
A terrible place to stop. After 30 minutes of watching the server text on her phone, then eat a burger, then visit across the hallway at Tim Hortens, still no service. Took pictures of the server ignoring me, and others. Will not waste time here again.
They have beer and they are close to the gates, what more could you ask for? Watch the straggling humanity stand docilely in line while you sip a cocktail and prolong everyone's suffering by waiting until your name is called before boarding the plane.
