Frogger's On The Hill

As a college student, this place was easy for me to just go around the corner and get food but lately the customer service sucks. They hire people who aren't even experienced in customer service. The girl who got pizza for my boyfriend and I just mumbled the whole time. She didn't even seem like she wanted to be there and when we finished ordering, my boyfriend tells her to have a good day and thanks her for the service(which wasn't great). Of course, instead of being polite and saying it back, like your suppose to. She ignored us and turned her back towards us and starts talking to the other workers. I know not everyone is perfect but this was just plain rude.

Customer service is a complete joke at this place. How can a mix of wings possibly be 13 drumsticks and only 2 flats? Smh absolutely terrible! Not once were there any solution offered to fix the problem. What happened to the customer is right.

Management is irresponsible, unreliable, immature, and disrespectful to both employees and customers. Management does not believe in "customers are always correct", and will favor customers over other customers. Management is rude and does not shy from profanity. I also recommend to be prepared due to conversations management has/allows that is always extremely sexually inappropriate, racist , or just too personal to share.
