Waited about 20 minutes to get a McFlurry and a snack wrap because they kept giving the wrong food to the people in front of us, and then basically threw our food at us and said have a great day at 11:30 P.M. No "sorry for the wait" or anything of the sort. Bad drive thru experience.

Worst drive thru experience...cheese not melted...5 cars went before we got happy meal plus 1 sandwich..bad bad bad

My experience was terrible. My Quarter Pounder wasn't even really a quarter pounder it was all dried out including the Buns the burger the cheese the burger was completely over done. The fries weren't even cooked all the way and my meal was cold when I got it. On top of that I ordered a large with my meal and I practically got a medium sized fry and I had to wait for my unsweetened iced tea for like 5 minutes. I had to pull up to the second pickup window and when I got it there was no ice in it. Unfortunately I was in a rush and didn't realize all of this until I got home. It was absolutely disgusting

Terrible service. Unfriendly staff and takes for ever. I thought this was fast food. I am ok with bad food but bad food that takes more than 10min to order is just ridiculous

The service was slow but they were friendly and nice. But the ladies bathroom was nasty.
