Frobisher Inn

This is considered the best hotel in the area. The pros. Has a restaurant, a cafe, a movie theatre and a shopping store on site. Rooms are clean for the most part. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport wich is nice. The cons. Coffee machine wasnt cleaned from previous visitor. Still had the coffee inside the canister. And when they made up my room they didn't clean it. Restaurant is good. But they serve their salads in a small bowl which makes it impossible to eat without spilling the contents all over your table. Same goes to the burger u end up causing a mess.

The Frobisher is an excellent place to stay in Iqaluit. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a very nice pub that offers a fireplace and billiards. There is a movie theatre, gift shop and gym in the facility

Love brunch at the Frob. My omelette was a little undercooked (Very runny) but mostly can't complain. Always a good choice for Sunday morning.

I was expecting rough and ready but got a very nice stay in a place with really lovely people working there who genuinely know who you are and care that you are at home as possible. The location is a little annoying if you want to walk to town (lazy!), but awesome for the view over the bay. If you stay take note that there is a Cinema on the Ground floor too!
