Frobisher Inn

The frobisher Inn is a really good place to stay, the rooms are large and well equiped, they could be quieter as the separation wall looks to be thin, but after a day at -30°, it is like a heaven. The bathroom are really large and confortable. Breakfast is only served on week days, restaurant is open until 9PM max, the food is nice and tasty. You can also have a drink and animations at the Storehouse bar within the hotel. It is located close to the church and 15minutes walking distance from the NorthMart or the bay.

I enjoyed my experience staying in Frobisher Inn! The location is good, close to the supermarket and airport, there are a lot of businesses insane building, restaurant bar, good gym in which you have access from hotel, beauty salon, mobile store, post office. Hotel is under renovation, so it's going to be fresh and up-to-date designed, rooms are comfy and have everything you need for your stay. There are vendor machines and ATM, billiards and board games in the bar, good food and right prices at the restaurant. Don't forget, it's Iqaluit, so they gonna be higher than in other areas, most of the goods are delivered there by airplane.nI have only one negative review on the hotel, and it's the noise. During my stay I could hear my neighbours from above and it was annoying especially in the evening. Maybe it could be improved by cork layer on the floor or like they have in the gyms, to cut off the noises, literally it's like someone is skipping above your head. Otherwise only positive experience.

Stayed at the Frobisher Inn in Iqaluit and had a really good experience. The room was clean, and it was awesome having the bar, dining room, and movie theatre all in the same building. Super convenient. Shoutout to Ismail for helping with my luggage — great service. Would absolutely stay here again.

Quick taxi to the airport and in a part of the community that was easy for a dog walk and some pictures of the scenery. They had a freezer for your cooler and it is pet friendly. Definitely a bit loud at night outside the hotel and I had to keep the window open as the room was very warm no cool air or fan option, but overall would stay here again. Staff was very helpful.

Honestly, I read bad reviews but this is really the only hotel to go to, after being weathered out and flights cancelled. I WAS AMAZED AND SURPRISED! THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS ARE EITHER OUTDATED, INCORRECT OR MALICIOUS. This place has a great restaurant try the poutine, and the bed was SO comfortable. The room was updated and clean. With a pet fee, they allow pets.
